OH MY GOD! Its almost mid of November and few days from now is Christmas Day and another few days from now is our company Christmas Party. And being the most artistic and most creative person I am (ehem!), I was given the task to organize, prepare and conceptualize the event. And as we all know the Christmas Season is the busiest season of the year.
What’s in store in our Christmas Party?
We have a fund raising event, named PET mo, BET mo. Wherein, employees will bring PET Bottles and place in a box designated for contestants of Mr and Miss Christmas Party. The most number of PET Bottles will be the winner and the proceeds will be for the prize and tokens of the winners and contestants.
Second, we have our traditional Kris Kringle, but this time, participants are coded with brand names, plus if they are homme or femme, eg. Samsung Homme or Shapes Femme. With their names is their 3 gifts they want to receive on Christmas Party. But every week there will be gift giving…. Hmmmmm…. An unknown gift giving… There will be theme per week (week 1 - something to make you SMILE, week 2 - something to MOTIVATE you, week 3 - something to INSPIRE you). Each gift must correspond to the theme on that week. The gift must be wrapped in an old newspaper and labeled by the code that the person picked.
The Christmas Party will be the day of revelation of names of who picked who. And the final gift giving will be a gift chosen among the three wish list of the person they picked.
We also have games on the Party day, there will be a solo game, an opening game, a group game and couples game (yiiiiihi!).
And there will be Talent Presentation, open for groups, solo acts, partners.
Our theme for this year is Glamour. So there will be a red carpet runner, a glittering stage, and of course the outfits of the employees must be bonggaycious!
Tokens, gifts and raffle prizes is still in process of conceptualizing.
I hope I receive a lot of free Starbucks Coffee to keep me going in my conceptualizing and preparations.
